About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our Cross-Banking Squad at Importante Empresa. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving our existing services and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope the System: Collaborate with the Product Owner and other squad members to ensure accurate requirements specification on an epic/story level.
- Translate Business Needs: Define business, process, usability, and data requirements in partnership with users, supporting the design and conceptualization of new business solution options.
- Validate Requirements: Write and conduct UAT test cases, work with engineers to resolve functional issues, and validate e2e requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demos.
- Create and Improve Documentation: Develop, review, and improve functional/non-functional documentation in close partnership with engineering teams.
- Facilitate Communication: Facilitate communication at the team level to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics; Master's degree a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Consultant, Business or Technical Analyst, preferably in Financial Services, conducting Functional Analysis, business analysis, data analytics, or UX topics.
- Skills: Good communication skills (written and verbal), fluent in English (written/verbal), and additional language(s) an advantage.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of business analysis methods (agile/scrum, waterfall) and MS Office tools; experience with other tools used in the Business Functional Analysis Profession (Jira, Confluence, HP ALM) a plus.
