Lead Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Service Engineer - Europe to join our team at BorgWarner. As a key member of our global service organization, you will be responsible for leading the service design and implementation for Europe, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the service design and implementation for Europe, ensuring alignment with global service strategies.
- Develop and deploy comprehensive service strategies that improve the profitability and growth of the European market.
- Collaborate with global SW lead to provide predictive maintenance and ensure correct education materials for partners.
- Establish a maintenance plan for New Generation of products and ensure compliance, liability, and insurance is appropriate for service.
- Lead a small team and ensure the optimum L1,2,3 support in Europe.
- Work closely with global SW lead to provide predictive maintenance and ensure correct education materials for partners.
- 3-5 years+ of EV Charging industry experience, specializing in EV charging Operations.
- Good knowledge of DC charging product and related Service issues.
- First experience of leading international teams (various time zones).
- Focus on Talent Management and developing the team.
- 5+ years managing contractors & partners.
- Experience using SW solutions to improve service and aftercare.
- Knowledge of electric safety and functional safety (according to ISO26262).
