About the Role

As a Marketplace Consultant at Amazon, you will play a critical role in helping our third-party sellers achieve their business goals and drive growth on our platform. Our team provides strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to support our sellers in achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Seller Management: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 10-20 sellers, developing individual strategies, managing timelines, expectations, and owning communications.
  • Business Analysis: You will produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights by using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
  • Consultancy: You will use your comprehensive Amazon knowledge to leverage our solutions for sellers' objectives, consulting them on opportunities derived and potential business impact.
  • Execution and Operational Challenges: You will be a proficient sparring partner to your sellers, guiding the execution of strategic plans, answering ad-hoc questions, and helping overcome operational and subject-specific challenges.
  • Relationship Building: You will gain the trust of each managed seller by close collaboration and delivering results, using trust to build and maintain strong relationships with your stakeholders.
