Position Overview:
We are in search of a motivated Junior Product Owner to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will significantly contribute to the direction and evolution of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to outline product features and specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation utilizing Coda.
- Coordinate closely with our development team to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Employ prototyping and wireframing tools to convert product requirements into actionable designs.
- Assist in the execution of product launch strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Help translate user needs and business goals into actionable product tasks, defining hypotheses and validating experiments.
- Contribute to the establishment and upkeep of the product backlog.
- Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the prioritization and sequencing of product features based on business value and customer impact, gathering and analyzing user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Document and communicate product requirements and user stories effectively.
- Monitor and assess product metrics and reports to identify improvement opportunities, conducting market research and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage JIRA project tracking software efficiently.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Jira for project management and Coda for documentation is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Enthusiastic about learning and adapting, with a keen interest in product management and technology.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM.
- Paid hybrid internship with a gross monthly stipend of 500€.
