As a key member of the Commercial team at Primark, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Commercial Manager in all aspects of reporting, including compiling reports on competition within the region.
- Liaise with Store, B&M team, and the Depot on stock issues across all departments.
- Assist in the administration of paperwork and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Facilitate NLP checks and work with collections and returns from both Stores and B&M team.
- Support the Commercial Manager with all stock allocation within the region.
- Experience and competence with business software such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to operate within a highly pressurized and fast-paced environment and work on your own initiative.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and a pro-active approach.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and co-ordinating skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, high level of energy, and a positive can-do attitude.
