Job Title: Operational Technology Engineer ES

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Technology (OT) Engineer to manage and maintain OT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain OT systems based on Windows LTSC operating systems, including system account management, resource allocation, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP quality and IT security standards by following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge base and inventory of all processes, workflows, and systems supported for OT infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain GMP validated documents, such as Installation and Operational Qualification documents (IQ/OQ).
  • Provide technical support to vendors and users for OT device management.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues in LAN/WAN environments.
  • Install and troubleshoot tablets, office printers, label printers, handheld scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Manage Acronis data backup for OT workstations.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with documentation and validation systems (IQ, OQ, and PQ).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without supervision.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to present oneself professionally.
  • Experience troubleshooting in LAN/WAN environments.
  • Familiarity with Acronis data backup and OT device management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Advanced Windows OS knowledge (Mac/Linux a plus).
  • High level of English and local language proficiency.
  • Relevant work experience from 2 to 5 years.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel.
