Job Summary

The PS Systems Integrator (SI) role is a highly dynamic and challenging position that covers the full lifecycle of post-sales technical activities. As a SI professional, you will be highly technical, keep current on Entrust solutions, and have a willingness to continually learn and train. You will also be extremely flexible and adaptable, communicate effectively with colleagues, partners, and customers, and enjoy traveling to various countries with unique cultural settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customer staff in deployment and installation of Entrust products.
  • Facilitate the successful resolution of customer deployment issues through effective use of the Entrust Support and/or Auth & PKI Professional Services organization.
  • Attend meetings to understand customer requirements and provide development and deployment options, as well as informal knowledge transfer for Entrust products.
  • Identify software customization requirements for customer projects.
  • Research existing infrastructure and functionality, hardware, software, and third-party products, and provide architectural guidance specific to future business and technical needs, product utilization, and disaster recovery.
  • Ensure that customer needs have been met and that the product/solution is fully functioning according to specification.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (computer science or telecommunications).
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills to communicate principles and directions to end-users, clients, and fellow development consultants.
  • Experience with solutions such as ADCS, Microsoft CA, Active Directory Certificate Services.
