About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solar PV Innovation Engineer to join our team at DNV. As a key member of our Domain Knowledge team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative algorithms that add value to our customers' solar PV assets and portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers to understand their market requirements and goals
- Ensure that DNV's solar PV technology expertise is integrated into algorithms and software offerings
- Transform designed algorithms into Python code
- Maintain close technical collaboration with GPM software teams to integrate algorithms into products
- Participate in internal and external feedback sessions to ensure scalability and ease of implementation
- Innovate and improve GPM's offerings through clear communication and deployment of analytics solutions
- Engage with third-party entities to exchange insights, identify synergies, and promote standardization of solutions

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in the PV industry with a deep understanding of solar technology
- Python coding skills and experience with SCADA data processing
- Full professional proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships, foster trust, and instill confidence
- Commitment to safety, quality, and personal and professional integrity
