We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Business Partner to join our team at Diageo España Sa. As a key member of our Southern Europe Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving excellent decision making across our Consumer and Customer Marketing Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic support to the marketing teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets.
- Partner with the SE Marketing and SE Customer Marketing teams to optimize the A&P budget, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement high-quality measurement and evaluation of marketing activities, ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Identify and implement process improvements on A&P/finance projects, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the strategic planning and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
- Qualified accountant with a strong background in finance, preferably with experience in FMCG/Consumer goods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights.
- Strong commercial and numerical savvy, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
