About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the development of retail and impulse accounts in each geographical area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Field Sales Managers and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and implementation of agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Management: Manage a team of 5-6 direct reports and 35-50 indirect reports, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  2. Sales Performance: Ensure the achievement of defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including forecast coverage, distribution, additional store placements, and cashier cooler sales.
  3. Promotional Execution: Ensure that desired promotions are in place and running, driving sales growth and increasing market share.

Store Universe Coverage

Define the relevant universe that should be covered by the Field Sales Team, developing the store universe through active selling, implementation of the Perfect Store Concept, and rotating coverage model.

Field Tools & Data Management

Ensure the Field Sales Team has all relevant information to perform their function, ensuring correct input of audit data and using audit reports to develop the Field Team.

Coaching and Development

Translate Red Bull Values and Culture to the team, training and developing team members to maximize their contribution and potential, and regularly coaching the team in the field with joint store visits.

Relationship Building

Establish and maintain a dynamic and inclusive team environment, fostering strong inter-department relationships and working in an internally wired way.

Requirements

  1. Experience: 5 years' experience in the FMCG sector.
  2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, motivation, and team skills.
  3. Market Knowledge: Clear understanding of the market sales & distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in FMCG context.
  4. Education: Middle/High Studies (business, marketing, or similar).
  5. Language: Fluent English written and spoken (mandatory).
