Job Title: Retail Sales Director

The Regional Retail Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing the Product Strategy for Offline Retail business in the Southern Europe Region, encompassing Italy, Spain, Turkey, and Greece.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the Offline Retail product strategy in the Region, ensuring alignment with the Regional President and Headquarters.
  • Agree on sales strategies with countries and translate them into specific actions.
  • Manage annual sales and expense budgets and forecasts for all subsidiaries in the Region.
  • Enforce sales policies related to channels, territories, pricing, and promotion.
  • Coach and mentor local Retail sales directors and support the development of retail channels in countries.
  • Recommend pricing and promotions for the Retail business in countries.
  • Counsel and recommend product ranges, campaigns, and accessories aligned with strategic plans per country.
  • Coordinate Marketing and Sales when required.
  • Be knowledgeable about marketing materials and programs to assist countries with national and local marketing of products.
  • Conduct key account visits with the team, with availability to travel around 50% of the time.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of international experience as a Sales Director, with a variety of sales channels in a similar industry.
  • Experience in Product & Marketing within the same industry.
  • Business developer, proactive, and problem-solving.
  • A very structured work ethic and mindset, as well as analytical and organizational skills.
  • Focus and team spirit with the ability to cope with stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in English; Turkish, Greek, Spanish, or Italian would be a plus.
  • Studies in business-related fields, economics, and marketing will be highly valued.

This role requires a strong understanding of the Offline Retail business and the ability to develop and execute a product strategy that drives sales growth in the Southern Europe Region.
