Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Specialist to join our team at Worldwide Clinical Trials. As a key member of our Contract team, you will play a critical role in the development and negotiation of contracts with sponsors and investigators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of sponsor and institution/investigator contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze, review, and draft contracts with investigators or other consultants/vendors, working closely with legal counsel as needed.
- Advise Worldwide Project Managers and Clinical Operation employees on contractual issues related to investigator, sponsor, and vendor contracts.
- Review study budgets and costs pertaining to contract negotiation and participate in business development activities, including bids and proposals.
- Lead and support Contract team members, providing training and assistance as needed.
Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience as a Contract Specialist or related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Science, or related field.
- Strong planning, strategizing, managing, monitoring, scheduling, and critiquing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present information.
- Strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and changing environment.
