About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team at Capital Energy. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing cooling, heat exchange, and reuse of residual heat projects for our digital infrastructures (Data Centers).

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Development: Review client specifications for basic engineering development, coordinate with engineering for detailed engineering development, and review detailed engineering to prepare specifications for request for proposal.
  • Market Research: Update and consolidate information on Cooling & Heat solutions in the market, interacting with major brands and manufacturers.
  • Equipment Acquisition: Prepare equipment requirements, negotiate with manufacturers/suppliers for equipment acquisition, and monitor the manufacturing process in line with defined cost and timeline parameters.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Monitor and control the installation and commissioning process in line with defined cost and timeline parameters.
  • Project Supervision: Support in project supervision, coordination and achievement of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for installed equipment.
  • Solution Integration: Coordinate between the Data Center developer and the manufacturer/supplier for solution integration in the final architecture at different project phases.
  • Energy Analysis: Prepare energy analyses (PUE, WUE, etc.).
Requirements
  • Education: Technical, medium, or higher degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably with a Mechanical specialty), Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in Cooling & Heat systems, with experience in data centers being a plus.
  • Skills: Fluent spoken English, written English, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
