Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hot & Cold Kitchen Intern in Phuket, Thailand. As a participant in our Cultural Exchange Programs, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a 5-star resort kitchen, working alongside experienced chefs and hospitality professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking, including preparing ingredients for recipes and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Learn and follow standard recipes and procedures, and assist in plating and presentation of dishes.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, and ensure that all food items are stored properly.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
