About the Role

As a Senior Product Definition Analyst at Amadeus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of payment solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and enhancing critical payment functionalities, including 3DS, Fraud screening, and Tokenization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements to craft optimal functional solutions.
  • Cultivate and disseminate comprehensive functional knowledge of payment products.
  • Provide hands-on support during the production phase, investigating and resolving issues.
  • Oversee software solution development and enhancements, ensuring seamless production processes.
  • Lead functional design requirements and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure functional compatibility and alignment.
  • Interface with stakeholders, including Product Management and Project Management, to drive project success.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master's degree in computer science or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product definition or similar roles is required. Strong interpersonal skills with a multicultural approach and effective communication are essential. Familiarity with Agile frameworks is advantageous, as is proficiency in REST API design and scripting (Python). Understanding of payments and/or travel industry is a plus.
