About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. in San Fernando De Henares, ESP. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in one of the following areas within the FC operations: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, Ship or Customer Returns. Alternatively, you may work at one of our Delivery Stations, where you will work to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate a team or a process from day one, taking control of your career and making a significant impact on the company's operations.
  • Lead by example, training and integrating your team, while propelling progress and excellence.
  • Exercise sound judgement, making sure progress and targets are realistic and achievable.
  • Safeguard your team's safety while at work, upholding Amazon's high standards of quality.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities, striving to improve and streamline processes.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to relocate for the position if needed.
  • Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Previous work experience is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Contrasted problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
