Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific in a professional manner, building strong relationships with customers and promoting a positive company image.
  • Travel frequently to customer sites, providing technical support and services, including installations, repairs, data analysis, and calibrations.
  • Work closely with commercial colleagues to deliver customer solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical services, with a strong background in field service or technical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
