About the Role

As a Business Consultant with Sollers Consulting, you will be part of a dynamic consulting or implementation team working on IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting business analysis and defining functional requirements for developed solutions.
  2. Testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
  3. Collaborating closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.

About the Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  3. Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills to present results of your work.
  4. A strong aptitude to work with clients from the financial sector in a professional environment.

  7. The ability to work in Spain and the European Union on a full-time basis.
  8. A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  9. A great command of the English language, with the ability to collaborate confidently with English native speakers.
  10. Good knowledge of German or French (at least B2/C1 level).

  2. Experience working in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT companies, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance.
