About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our Hand Tools Division. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial management tools and information to support the Hand Tools President and management teams.
  • Define and maintain the Hand Tools Scoreboard and Business Intelligence tools, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Standardize finance and management information across all Hand Tools Business Units, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, investments, and global profitability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
  • Collaborate with Hand Tools Marketing and Supply Chain/Manufacturing teams to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement Hand Tools Management Plans and Five-Year Strategic Plans in conjunction with the Hand Tools President and Corporate Finance Management Team.
  • Coordinate with IT Corporate services to meet specific needs and ensure seamless integration.
  • Participate in Hand Tools reporting meetings and Executive Committee discussions, providing expert financial insights and recommendations.

  • Proven track record of success in financial management, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and trends.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
