Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cloud Security Solutions Engineer to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their cloud security goals and objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient Palo Alto Networks' public cloud security adoption.
  • Work closely with customer Security Architects, Security Engineers, InfoSec and DevOps teams to implement best-in-class cloud security solutions.
  • Develop and implement custom integrations and workflows to ensure Prisma Cloud solutions are fully integrated into our customers' security operations centers.
  • Be the first line of defense in solving customer support requests, and coordinate timely resolutions with engineering teams.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, influencing product roadmap and improvements.
  • Coach customers on establishing and managing their Cloud Security Change Management/Governance/Center of Excellence programs.
  • Identify risks to customers achieving their stated business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan or escalate as needed.
