Job Purpose

The Global Enterprise Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and continuously developing the global marketing plan and strategy for Straumann Group Enterprise Solutions' portfolio dedicated to DSO customers. This includes establishing the solutions and services portfolio value proposition. The role reports to the Global Head of Executive Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing plans and strategies for the Straumann Group Enterprise Solutions portfolio elements
• Manage marketing campaigns for specified solutions and services, including upcoming launches and brand management to ensure customers understand our value propositions
• Lead the updating and maintenance of campaign content, product catalogues, and online presence in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Develop marketing assets and collaterals to support successful Limited Market Releases (LMR) and Full Market Releases (FMR)
• Drive the generation of sales leads through marketing programs and lead-generation activities
• Analyze global market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust marketing plans accordingly
• Create and implement marketing, sales, and campaign materials, including channel-specific copywriting
• Ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and training assets to engage with dental professionals effectively
• Ensure all marketing and communication materials comply with regulatory and legal standards in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing initiatives' effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed

Qualifications

• Master's or University degree (specialization in Marketing/Branding is an advantage)
• 3+ years in downstream product marketing, preferably in the dental industry. Experience in managing global marketing initiatives and understanding regional market differences.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experienced in working in a matrix organization and working in a global set up and strong customer focus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian) are advantageous.
