Global Quality LIMS Business Process Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Galderma as a LIMS Business Process Lead. This is a permanent employment opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Quality Control Strategies
Participate in defining QC Labs and LIMS' business objectives for the 3 to 5 years. Identify and analyze business solutions for the Galderma QC labs, and define the scope of the solutions within the projects.
Lead Continuous Improvement InitiativesPropose and deploy improvements based on QC labs needs and best practices with efficiency, harmonization, automation, and simplifications as main drivers. Ensure full compliance to the different GxP regulations of digital and non-digital continuous improvement solutions deployed.
Collaborate with StakeholdersAnalyze the needs of stakeholders in the projects including validation needs, and ensure key users are properly trained. Responsible for Key Users activities.
Requirements- Education and Experience
College or University Degree in Science, and minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Technical SkillsDeep knowledge of Quality Control, GMPs and analytical requirements, experience with LIMS software (preferably Labvantage solution), and computerized system validation skills.
Language and CommunicationProfessional level in English, and strong listening, analyzing and negotiation skills.
