We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) team in the Polestar team at Volvo Cars. As a key member of our Global Accounting Delivery (GAD) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial information.
About the Role
As an Accountant in our PTP team, you will be responsible for coordinating with various teams to execute daily PTP processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our Polestar entities in the EMEA region and the Business Process Outsourcing delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of PTP processes
- Interface with Polestar entities in the EMEA region and the Business Process Outsourcing delivery team
- Perform judgment-based issue resolution of inquiries related to PTP processes
- Ensure compliance with national and international laws and regulations, as well as company guidelines
- Verify the accuracy of reported financial figures
