About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finnish Marketing Consultant to join our team at Recruit4. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to target Finnish clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Requirements
- Proficiency in Finnish language
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in advertising, PPC Campaigns
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
