Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying and applying the appropriate advertising solutions for our clients in the Finnish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement creative ways to improve client relationships by tailoring and sharing performance-enhancing suggestions.
  • Provide strategic advice to businesses and agencies to help them get the best ROI on their advertising investment.
  • Consistently deliver against assigned quota while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience.
  • Communicate with customers proactively via phone, video conference, and email.

Requirements:

  • BA / BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience.
  • Finnish C2 level.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Minimum 0-1 Years of experience in digital marketing, preferably building and optimizing PPC Campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  • A team player with leadership and high communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Salary: starting from 25.500€ gross/year + up to 4.500€ gross/year in bonus.
  • This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • Permanent Contract.
