Position Overview
Title: Recruiting Sourcer (Contractor)
Location: Remote position
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and a second EU language (preferably Romanian or Hebrew)
As a Recruiting Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment initiatives across the EMEA Engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with our existing Technical Recruiting team, Engineering Leadership, and HR Business Partners to provide valuable recruitment services. This role is a contractor position compensated on a daily rate basis.
Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role within our Recruiting team, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing diverse talent pipelines for key Engineering roles using various sourcing techniques
- Conducting candidate screenings and assessments
- Collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to formulate sourcing strategies, promote diversity and inclusion, advise on market trends, and establish best practices
- Assisting Recruiters during the offer process to ensure a seamless pre-boarding and onboarding experience
- Partnering with Recruiting Leadership on both local and global project and process enhancements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcing, or Junior Recruiting capacity
- Ability to think creatively and devise innovative sourcing strategies
- Customer-centric approach
- Passion for storytelling
- Fluency in English
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in platforms such as LinkedIn, iCIMS, and Workday
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Curiosity to challenge the status quo
