As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and evolving analytics capabilities and funnel optimization in alignment with our overall business goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of data professionals in generating actionable insights that enable our sales teams to make data-driven decisions and achieve our business goals.
  • Own the build and presentation of clear narratives on sales performance in MBR/QBR formats to a broad audience.
  • Drive the creation and implementation of the analytical vision to closely align with the business needs in order to maximize efficiency and support our growth.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including sales executives, sales and marketing process owners, and our central data team, to understand their needs, prioritize projects, communicate recommendations, and support their adoption.
  • Embodiment and promotion of our company values and culture, leading by example and upholding high ethical and professional standards.

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of experience working in and leading a Go-to-Market analytics team with a proven track record of driving impact.

**What You'll Bring:**

  • Proven track record of developing and evolving analytics capabilities and funnel optimization.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and impact.
