Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data and Analytics Director to lead our team in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of managers and analytical consultants in charge of leading and serving as the single point of contact for certain identified EFX Domain solutions during the pre-Sales/Sales process steps.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders, ensuring the team can effectively present/validate use cases, demos, and customer scenarios for which covered domain solutions are uniquely suited.
  • Drive the development of complex win-win proposals and participate in escalated activities as needed.
  • Mentor team resources to grow and demonstrate a deep understanding of solution capabilities and industry trends.
  • Stay abreast of competitor activity to drive the team's understanding and ability to position EFX as a strategic and advantageous partner.

Requirements

  • BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline; Master's Degree strongly preferred.
  • Years of related analytical or consulting experience with leadership capabilities.
  • Team management experience required.
  • Cloud certification strongly preferred.
