Board is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant to join our Global Sales & Marketing team. As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining strategic solutions within the Salesforce CPQ ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- CPQ Solution Design and Implementation: Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions that meet business requirements.
- Implementation Planning and Estimation: Develop implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support.
- Business Requirements Analysis and Translation: Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce CPQ designs, leveraging best practices and implementing Salesforce-based solutions to meet or exceed requirements.
- Existing Solution Support and Development: Support existing Salesforce CPQ solutions (and related applications), working on development and deployment activities that include requirements definition, conceptual and technical design, system configuration and development, system and acceptance test, go-live, and production turnover.
- Configuration, Customization, and Deployment: Configure, customize, and deploy changes related to Salesforce CPQ product rule / price rule and catalog, and identify areas of transformation and consolidation.
- Pricing, Quoting, and Contract Management Expertise: Provide expertise in pricing, quoting, and contract management processes within the Salesforce CPQ platform.
- Solution Presentation and Evaluation: Present solution options to customers, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization.
- Impact Analysis and Documentation: Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping.
- Training and Support: Participate in training content development and Administrator end-user training delivery, and provide daily functional and technical support for Salesforce CPQ.
- Tier 2 Support and Technical Debt Resolution: Support Tier 2 issues submitted by Salesforce Users and identify opportunities for technical debt resolution.
- Staying Up-to-Date with Salesforce CPQ Features: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CPQ features and functionalities and recommend best practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Education and Experience: Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business, or related field, and 5+ years hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals solutions.
