Global Practice Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Solution Enablement Director - Global Practice. This is a unique opportunity to take on a global role of high visibility, supporting both the organization internally and working closely with our customers and deployment partners using our suite of MES and DW technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to our Enterprise Solution Consultants (ESCs) and/or Regional Solution Consultants (SCs) on solution and services execution plans, including large, combined solutions that include MES, Data Works, and Sustainability.
- Proposal Development: Work closely with Professional Services, Product Management, and the Partner Group to confirm the scope, deliverables, and timeline of all proposals in the responsibility areas and be accountable for their approval in SalesForce.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with customers and deployment partners to understand their requirements, assess business process issues, and design integrated solutions that address these issues and are scalable and sustainable.
- Business Growth: Assist the sales organization and Services management team in preparing and delivering complex bids and proposals to our clients, and support the growth of the business in both License and Services Bookings.
- Project Delivery: Support project teams, including our partners, to ensure projects achieve stated milestones, delivery dates, and financial goals, and maintain and extend client satisfaction levels.
- Technical Assessment: Work with the Partner Group and be accountable for the technical assessment of all DSP applicants, as well as accountability for the internal or external deployment resources for services projects.
- New Product Launch: Be part of the core team for new product launches within the related area of expertise.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related area or 15+ years of experience in optimization, data analysis, system integration, and interfacing, from DCS to ERP systems, including User Interfaces and presentation layers.
- Background and Skills: Background with MES concepts and technology, understanding of data integration, data lake, and data warehouse technology, networking, cybersecurity, and data analytics, and low-level data acquisition systems.
- Personal Qualities: Fast learner with a desire/motivation to learn cutting-edge new technologies, team player with the ability to relate to customers and maintain good working relationships, and good spoken and written skills in English language.
- Additional Requirements: Experience with AspenTech technologies is a definite plus, and experience with other AspenTech technologies (APC, SCM, or GDOT) to ensure data integration and KPI presentation is also a plus.
