About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Assurance Specialist to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our safety assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our railway signalling systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply safety assurance methodologies, including risk acceptance criteria, safety analysis, verification, and validation, to ensure the safety of our projects and systems.
- Attend periodic safety reviews and support actions to address findings from internal and external assessors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safety analysis and reports, and contribute to the development of safety cases.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in safety assurance in connected railway signalling safety projects.
- Specific training in railway safety domain.
- Strong knowledge of safety methods, including Safety Plan, Preliminary Hazard Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Critical Analysis, and Fault Tree Analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment.
