About the Role
Sprinklr's Legal Department is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to support our operations in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our global legal team to manage, draft, and negotiate company contracts, develop and implement standard templates and processes, and provide training to sales and services teams on compliance and new legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, draft, and negotiate company contracts, including NDA's, SaaS Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Partner Agreements, and Vendor Agreements.
- Develop and implement standard templates, forms, and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide training to sales and services teams on compliance, new legislation, and company policies.
- Advise sales executives and management on contractual obligations and interpret terms and conditions.
- Advise different teams across the company on mitigating legal risks and ensuring compliance.
- Handle project-based work within the scope of the legal department's responsibilities.
Requirements
- At least two years' experience as a corporate attorney providing legal advice and negotiating agreements in a software/technology/start-up environment.
- Experience working with sales teams in customer negotiations and contract management.
- Strong understanding of contract law, software contract requirements, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish, French, and English.
- Familiarity with data protection laws, including the GDPR.
