Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller for the Iberia region with a minimum of 4 years in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial and Commercial Reporting: Prepare and scrutinize financial statements and commercial reports, ensuring precision and adherence to applicable standards.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate in the formulation and oversight of financial plans and budgets across various departments including Finance, HR, Operations, and Commercial.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage with diverse teams to develop budgets and perform regular variance analysis while updating forecasts accordingly.
  • Project Financial Analysis: Execute financial assessments for individual projects and monitor deviations.
  • Process Development: Assist in the creation and execution of both existing and new financial processes.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide assistance to other Finance Team members with financial analysis, reporting, modeling, and audit processes as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other responsibilities and tasks required to meet departmental demands.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in financial reporting.
  • Background in companies utilizing a SaaS model.
  • Strong capabilities in planning and project analysis.
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience in implementing financial processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valuable prior experience in a Big4 environment (audit or consulting).
