Our Team:

We are an integral part of the EU Pricing & Promotions division, situated within the EU Marketing framework, focusing on promotion-related initiatives. Our team excels in a multicultural setting, with members spread across various countries and time zones.

As a member of the EU Promotions division, you will be pivotal in formulating and executing promotional strategies across European markets. You will work in close partnership with the EU Marketing team, country leaders, and the Category, Pricing, and Finance departments.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Promotions Analyst, your role will encompass providing comprehensive support for all promotional campaigns within the EU.

Your duties will include developing, recommending, and executing promotional campaign strategy adjustments across 15 EU countries through close collaboration with Product, Pricing, Marketing, and FP&A teams.

Specific tasks requiring immediate focus include: analyzing the promotional landscape; optimizing promotional campaigns and conducting risk assessments.

Formulating and executing regional promotional strategies in alignment with the Promotions Strategy Lead. Collaborating with the EU Pricing team to ensure that product pricing strategies are cohesive and that regional strategies are mutually supportive. Offering expert guidance on promotional matters. Developing and executing assortment portfolio initiatives in conjunction with the Promotions Strategy Lead. Implementing a roadmap for promotional optimization and testing across the EU. Cultivating a deep understanding of our promotional methodologies and supporting models to identify optimal promotions for the region. Engaging extensively with colleagues in the EU Pricing and Promotions Strategy Team (Pricing, Shipping, CI, Consumer, PPAG). Designing and executing promotional offers in collaboration with EU business leaders. This involves identifying opportunities, formulating hypotheses, conducting impact and risk assessments, and aligning relevant partners with discount recommendations and implementation. Assisting Marketing GTM partners with ongoing tasks and playbook development. Evaluating the competitive promotional landscape and modeling scenarios to assess the profitability impact of discount modifications.

A strong interest in data management and automating data processes. Driven by the desire to learn and apply new tools and techniques in your work. A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, or equivalent professional experience and technical training. Proficient in Excel. Experience with SQL and Snowflake is highly desirable, along with familiarity with Looker. Highly organized, capable of managing high-impact initiatives that demand meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence. Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and demonstrate a high level of ownership. Capacity to manage multiple complex projects and meet competing deadlines. Native or fluent English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Python is a plus.
