Clinical Trial Team Leader

Chubb is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Team Leader to join our team. As a Clinical Trial Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the end-to-end process of clinical trials, ensuring the successful completion of data in various systems and hand-off sheets.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end process of clinical trials
- Ensure the successful completion of data in various systems and hand-off sheets
- Field direct queries from brokers or clients regarding their clinical trial programs
- Assist underwriters in completing the underwriting process for clinical trials
- Act as a knowledge resource on clinical trials for underwriters
- Liaise with regional leaders to ensure up-to-date network information
- Support underwriters by offering underwriting, regulatory, and compliance information
- Provide advice on program structure
- Ensure that CHUBB's service standards are met and exceeded for multinational clinical trial programs
- Liaise with affiliates to ensure the timely issuance of documents
- Work closely with the Shared Service Centre to carry out administrative activities related to global programs
- Coordinate with Credit Control to ensure payments are made according to the non-regular payment structure
- Continuously monitor KPIs, analyze data to identify trends, and establish remediation actions
- Drive the development of more efficient processes
- Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure efficient working practices and identify process improvements
- Task allocation and participate in the escalation of urgent tasks
- Provide coaching to the team and ensure the goals are understood and set in the HR tool
- Help deliver change, communication, and training plans as required to achieve improvement benefits
- Foster team collaboration and enhance team members' skills
- Establish an environment that promotes Chubb values and builds high levels of motivation, morale, and integrity
- Advanced level of English (C1) is mandatory
- Insurance Certification is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or insurance is desirable
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex situations, weigh various options, and make informed decisions that align with business objectives and strategies
- Proven experience in effectively managing a team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment
- Proficiency in German and French is considered an advantage
- Experience in servicing multinational insurance programs is advantageous
- Working experience in Casualty Insurance is advantageous
- Prior experience in highly service-driven roles within the insurance industry, with excellent workload management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the underwriting and reinsurance processes is advantageous
