About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Economics Specialist to join our team at W. L. Gore & Associates. As a key member of our Market Access Team, you will be responsible for formulating health economic strategies for our medical device products in the EMEA region. Your expertise will be crucial in developing clinical and economic evidence to support local reimbursement and value messages for our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute health economic strategies to support market access and reimbursement of our medical device products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clinical and economic evidence to support value messages for our products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, payers, and healthcare providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in health economics and market access, and apply this knowledge to inform our strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as health economics, public health, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in health economics or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of health economics principles and methods.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
