Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research to lead the development and execution of health economics and outcomes research strategies and deliverables to support the worldwide launch and reimbursement of products across multiple disease areas, assets, and indications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global health economics and outcomes research strategies to support product launch and reimbursement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to maximize evidence generation efforts and optimize launch and sustained reimbursement
  • Partner with Therapeutic Area heads to develop business strategies and clinical development plans that provide a competitive advantage
  • Monitor the global marketplace for market access issues and create plans to demonstrate the value and differentiation of assets
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key experts, influencers, and customer segments to foster credibility and support value and reimbursement
Requirements
  • PhD or equivalent combination of education and experience with Pharmacy or clinical as domain knowledge
  • 5+ years prior experience in HEOR or Market Access in the biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry
  • Thorough understanding of the field of Health Technology Assessment at a global level and experience of successful negotiations through the HTA processes
  • Knowledge of the global market access landscape and the US health care environment
  • Recognized as a strong leader with a proven track record of effectively influencing and developing people

  • Experience and knowledge in rare disease conditions
