Key Responsibilities- Assist the implementation team with providing estimates for data migration, data updates, and other technical client requests.
- Support the implementation team with data migrations and data updates.
- Handle configuration requests and provide quick and efficient solutions.
- Understand development and production environments as well as technical architectures, including databases, web services, and integration software.
- Anticipate problems and provide solutions.
- Take ownership of software defect tracking through documenting 'bugs', researching issues, validating fixes, and communicating results.
- Transfer knowledge of business processes, suggest improvements, and requirements to other co-workers.
- Provide timely and accurate reports that adhere to standards on project status to stakeholders.
- Follow a thorough quality assurance process through the various phases of testing, including system testing.
- Develop system test plans and user acceptance test criteria with the customer.
This role will work as part of our IPMS Implementation team, which consists of Consultants and Project Managers based across the EMEA region.
