Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Officer to join our team at The Crew Network. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Mediterranean yacht.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of on-board paperwork, including Mini ISM
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of crew and vessel operations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with the captain and other crew members to achieve operational goals

Requirements:

  • Yacht Master Offshore license or higher
  • STCW95 and ENG1 certifications
  • Excellent IT skills and experience with on-board systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on classic sailing yachts
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean waters and sailing conditions
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
