We are seeking a highly skilled Process Control Specialist to join our team at Amazon European Central Flow. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing flow standards in a partner Fulfilment Centre (FC) and working closely with Operations leaders to plan and execute shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day flow standards in a partner Fulfilment Centre (FC)
- Work with Operations leaders to plan and execute shifts
- Escalate risks or standard work deviations to senior managers
- Act as a key advisor on all matters relating to customer fulfilment
- Develop and implement comprehensive action plans to improve flow management
- Partner with varied stakeholder groups across multiple business areas and levels of seniority
- Communicate complex topics in an accessible way
- Track, communicate, and influence key performance indices such as customer risk, compliance with flow planning, and performance to site level KPIs
- Participate in coaching initiatives to share knowledge with operators and train new team members
- Proficient in English (European Framework level B2)
- Strong track record of communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups
- Problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data to make critical decisions
- Fluency in another European language (desired)
- Experience working in remote/centralized teams (desired)
- Data science skills including SQL (desired)
- Excellent judgement to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to influence others in pressured situations
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to analyse numerical data points
