Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team as the Information Security Champion. This role will report to the Group Information Security Officer and will be responsible for reviewing and improving our information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Information Security Policy Development: Review and propose improvements to our current information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  2. Security Controls Identification: Identify Small World security controls and requirements from third parties, including partners and regulators.
  3. Gap Analysis and Implementation: Support the gap analysis between Small World security controls and corporate policies and procedures, and provide guidance on implementing outstanding controls.
  4. Security Training and Awareness: Support the development and delivery of security training and awareness contents, and monitor and report on KPIs related to the security training plan.
  5. Security Strategic Planning: Participate in the execution of the Security Strategic Annual Plan of Small World.
  6. System and Tool Security Assessment: Support the assessment of systems, software, and tools from a security standpoint, as well as the due diligence of third parties.
  7. Security Incident Management: Support in security incident management as required.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent education or work experience. Master's degree in security would be a plus.
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of prior relevant experience in Cyber/Information Security risk management, governance, and compliance.
  3. Security Standards: Experience working with security risk management standards (NIST CSF, ISO 27001/2, Magerit, PILAR).
  4. Security Audits and Reporting: Participation in security audits, report generation, and presentation.
  5. Security Policy Development: Experience developing security policies and procedures.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Experience dealing with security audit and regulatory findings (identification, monitoring, implementation, reporting, etc.).
  7. Language Skills: English: fluent (C1) or native. Spanish would be a plus.
  8. Additional Skills: Experience in security training and awareness projects would be a plus. Knowledge in the following security areas would be a plus: Cyber Intelligence, Ethical Hacking, Computer Forensics, Incident Management and Response.
