About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and adaptation of information security guidelines for the company.
- Create and maintain security concepts, guidelines, work instructions, and resource plans in collaboration with various specialist departments.
- Support the investigation and analysis of security incidents, and contribute to the planning and implementation of measures to reduce security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Organize and implement internal security audits, prepare corresponding reports, and provide advice and support to specialist departments on information security issues.
- Implement and coordinate training and awareness-raising measures for employees, and take on general tasks in the area of information security in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT system administration and/or IT security.
- Experience with information security management systems (ISMS) is an advantage.
- Confident use of IT security tools and technologies, as well as knowledge of current threats and attack methods.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way.
- Ability to work in a team, with initiative and a structured and analytical way of working.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.

The IT department plays a crucial role in the company and is closely involved with management. Decisions are made quickly, ensuring a high level of agility in the company. We encourage open communication and transparency within teams and across departments.
