Credit and Collections Accountant

Position: O2C Accountant (Bilingual in Spanish & English)
Company: Page Personnel SSC
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data from Finance, Payroll, and PowerBI systems.
- Verify data integrity and ensure precision.
- Execute journal entry postings.
- Compile margin reports and conduct analyses.
- Reconcile system data and collaborate closely with local teams (Payroll, Finance, Front Office) and SSC teams (R2R) to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and assess activity forecasts with local teams.
- Identify processes suitable for automation and propose enhancements.
Administrative Duties:
- Extract and analyze data from Finance, Payroll, and PowerBI systems.
- Ensure data accuracy through meticulous review.
- Manage journal entry postings.
- Develop margin reports and perform detailed analyses.
- Reconcile information across systems and work in tandem with local and SSC teams to address inconsistencies.
- Prepare and review forecasts of activities with local teams.
- Recommend processes that could benefit from automation.
- Possess a degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferably have experience in:
- Shared service center environments.
- Accounting or payroll functions.
- Effective collaboration with international teams to achieve objectives.
- Fluency in English and an additional European language is essential.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring completeness and consistency of information.
- Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience in a diverse multinational setting with a variety of nationalities.
