About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Spa Attendant to join our pre-opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. As a key member of our spa team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including lockers, swimming pool, and fitness facilities.
- Provide guests with locker room orientation and offer tours of our facilities.
- Ensure that all spa services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting the expectations of our discerning guests.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, as is a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. A background in hospitality or a related field is also desirable.
