This person must be passionate and committed to provide first-class service following Four Seasons Standards and ensuring guest needs are met.Main Responsibilities:Maintain the cleanliness and overall presentation of all Spa areas, including lockers, swimming pool and fitness.Provide guests with locker room orientation.Offer tours and be able to explain all facilities to guests and visitors.Our Ideal Spa Attendant Will Have:As an ambassador of Four Seasons, our ideal Spa Attendant should represent the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude and a warm welcoming smile.Strong interpersonal skills are paramount, as well as the ability to multitask and solve problems.
