Job Title: Cluster Chief Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Chief Engineer to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily briefings with team members to ensure they are aware of all pertinent information.
  • Supervise and manage daily activities of the department, ensuring all team members have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their duties effectively.
  • Train and educate team members on current safety issues to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Work with the Design and Construction team, engineers, and outside architects on renovations and other projects, and contact contractors for bids and meetings.
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms, and contents.
  • Ensure the execution and achievement of the hotel's preventive maintenance program.
  • Establish and maintain procedures for the security and replenishment of the hotel's inventory and assets.
  • Monitor budget and control expenses within the department.

Additional Information:

Be fully conversant with hotel fire and life safety/emergency procedures. Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times. Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management. Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
