En VidaCaixa, estamos buscando un Data Scientist para unirse a nuestro equipo de MODELIZACIÓN Y ADVANCED ANALYTICS en BARCELONA. El objetivo principal de este puesto es impulsar la transformación Data driven de la empresa, liderando proyectos y casos de uso basados en la explotación de datos y la aplicación de técnicas de modelización y analítica avanzada.

Responsabilidades
  • Desarrollo de proyectos de analítica avanzada para casos de aplicación en distintas áreas de la compañía.
  • Colaboración activa en la transformación de la compañía hacia un enfoque más basado en el dato.
  • Capacidad de enrolar y/o ayudar a otros empleados de la compañía con potencialidad analítica.
  • Conocer el sistema informacional a partir del que se explotan los datos y promover la mejora continua del mismo.
Requisitos
  • Formación universitaria superior en Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería, Informática, Física o cualquier otra especialidad analítica.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo end to end de proyectos analíticos.
  • Experiencia en posiciones de Data Analyst o Data Scientist.
  • Nivel avanzado en programación para el análisis y transformación de bases de datos (SQL) y conocimiento de lenguajes de modelización matemática y estadística (Python, R).
  • Habilidades en comunicación, negociación e influencia.
  • Facilidad para trabajar en equipo y gestión de proyectos en coordinación con equipos transversales.
