Bunge Iberica Sa is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Operations Finance Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with industrial leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting of industrial expenses.
- Lead the preparation of business plans and forecasts, analyzing actual expenses versus forecast and business plan.
- Drive the preparation of new initiatives and post-implementation reviews.
- Support business finance partners in identifying and validating projects resulting in added profit and/or cost savings.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Management, or Business.
- Up to 2 years of previous work experience and international exposure is an advantage.
- Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, One Stream, PQSE, and Genius tools.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights.
