Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Consultant to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team at Siemens. As an IT Consultant for Processes and Internal Tools, you will play a key role in improving and coaching our DPS members in compliant IT processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure process adherence and serve as the single point of contact for relevant process topics.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement changes.
- Develop and execute training programs to educate our DPS community on process-related topics.
Requirements
- Profound knowledge of IT process and compliance topics, including Disaster Recovery Management, Business Continuity Management (ISO 22301), Information Security (ISO 27001), and IT Compliance Risk Management.
- Experience in analyzing complex system issues and executing solution approaches to ensure process compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of the European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and proficiency in scrum and agile methodology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in German language.
- Experience in IT service management and change management processes.
