We are currently seeking a Compensation Technician to join our Corporate Compensation & Benefits team at Grifols SA.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the management of compensation processes related to salary adjustments, promotions, and increases.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of job descriptions across the organization.
- Conducting compensation analyses for various roles to aid in informed decision-making.
- Providing assistance to the compensation team with reporting, daily operations, and special initiatives.
- Maintaining and updating relevant databases to ensure accuracy.
- Facilitating the implementation and ongoing management of compensation policies.
Who we are looking for:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Compensation and Benefits department or a similar setting.
- Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (C1 level).
- Strong command of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP HR or other ERP systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
- A dynamic, proactive approach with a focus on results.
- Adaptability to a changing environment and a willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels and the ability to collaborate with international teams.
